(1) recognizing/ naming where connection has been lost in today’s world
(2) seeing the value that better connection can lead in their professional and/or personal lives, and
(3) establishing real-life changes that they can implement immediately to bolster their well-being and provide higher level functioning to their team(s).
Workshops can include a Forest Bathing component based on the goals, timing, and location of the workshop.

No. While the forest bathing component is a unique and highly recommended feature, it is not necessary for a successful workshop. Whether it is incorporated depends on the time your organization has set aside for the workshop and the location of the individuals attending. Please reach out to discuss your specific requirements!
Corporate workshop pricing are based on the hourly investment of the consultant but free consults and estimates are available. A 2-hour workshop with no adaptations will vary in price from a 1/2 day workshop that includes a forest bathing experience, for example. Pricing is based on participant size of up to 30 people per workshop to ensure break-out group success.

No. All Forest Bathing events attempt to be as accessible as possible. Ideal locations will have a restroom and a walking trail of no more than a mile round trip. Wheelchair accessibility is dependent on the location of the outdoor space.
